Signs sheep are unwell include:

  • Ears drooping

  • Abnormal posture, a hunched back, for example

  • Around the back end, muck or scour

  • The appearance of 'stargazing' or blindness

  • Difficulty maintaining or gaining weight

  • Being apart from the flock

  • Excessive Loss of Wool

  • Frequent rubbing or scratching

  • Lack of cudding

  • Panting or coughing frequently

  • Sudden decline in the yield of milk

  • Failure to let her lambs suckle
